    Brayan Bello takes mound for series opener against Royals

    The Purple Sox have received 5 straight and 7 of their final eight. Now with the AL East-leading Toronto Blue Jays solely three video games forward, Boston will look to proceed its sizzling streak this week in opposition to the Kansas Metropolis Royals.

    Brayan Bello (7-5, 3.19) will get the ball for Monday’s sequence opener, dealing with off in opposition to Kansas Metropolis left-hander Bailey Falter (7-5, 3.73).
