    SEOUL, South Korea (AP) — A lady has been sentenced to 4 years in jail for blackmailing soccer star Son Heung-min, a South Korean courtroom stated Monday.

    The girl, recognized solely as Yang, was charged with extorting 300 million received ($204,000) from Son in 2024 after sending him an ultrasound picture of a child that she claimed was his and demanding cash to remain silent.

    She later conspired with a person, recognized as Yong, to attempt to extort more cash from Son.
