    In Tri-Valley League women hockey motion, Leah Carlson (three objectives, one help), Genna McDonald (one aim, three assists), and Abby Cucchiara (two objectives) paced Medfield to a 6-2 victory over Medway/Ashland/Holliston/Bellingham.

    Boys basketball

    In a South Shore League sport, Kingston Maxwell recorded 24 factors and 6 rebounds whereas Tyler Staiti added 22 factors and 6 boards to guide Abington previous Cohasset, 79-46.

    Women basketball

    Alaysia Drummonds led all scorers with 19 factors, as Foxboro (15-0) cruised to a 76-41 victory over Milford within the Hockomock League. … Tyngsboro defeated Lunenburg on Senior Evening, 66-47, behind Katie O’Keefe’s robust 13-point, 10-assist effort. Alexis Deschenes poured in 24 factors and grabbed 9 rebounds.

    In a nonleague battle of highly effective packages, Andover (15-1) topped Algonquin, 46-31, as freshman guard Lexi Linsey led the best way with 10 factors.

    Boys hockey

    Tyler Bourgea registered a hat trick, as Tewksbury rolled to a 6-0 shutout of North Andover in Merrimack Valley Convention/Twin County League play.

    Ryan Tayag netted a pair of objectives, pacing Bridgewater-Raynham (9-5-1) throughout a 4-1 victory over Newton South in a nonleague contest.
