    Patriots waive two players to potentially activate two starters from IR

    The Patriots cleared two spots on their 53-man roster Monday by waiving middle Brenden Jaimes and cornerback Miles Battle.

    That opens house on the roster for the Patriots to activate defensive sort out Milton Williams (ankle) and left sort out Will Campbell (knee) from injured reserve.

    Williams was eligible to be activated final week, however the Patriots as a substitute signed Jeremiah Pharms Jr. to the 53-man roster and elevated Leonard Taylor from the observe squad to fill their depth on the place.
